Who Is Behind Beyond7
Beyond7 is an AI enablement company from Hamburg, founded by Hendrik Hemken, one of Germany's first Claude Code trainers. We roll out Claude in companies and train the teams until agentic work is everyday practice: agents that deliver maximum output, with maximum control. We work this way ourselves, every day.
What does Beyond7 do?
We configure the Claude environment of companies and train their teams. That includes workshops where people get started on their own machine, the org-wide setup with roles and permissions, and ongoing support afterwards.
The common thread: the sweet spot between control and performance. Agents should deliver maximum output, with maximum control. The task is to find the right balance and to know the levers that make it possible: a structure agents can navigate, connectors to the tools you already use, clear guidelines and permission rules, and in critical areas control checkpoints with authentication and authorization. We find this sweet spot with you, and we keep adjusting it, because the tools evolve fast.
We apply best practices proven in real-world use: transferable between teams, interchangeable between tools, maintainable in-house.
Our clients are mid-sized and larger companies in the German-speaking region, often in financial services, retail, and energy. The people we work with mostly come from product management, innovation, and operations.

The Founder
Hendrik Hemken spent twelve years leading products in FinTech, most recently as Chief Product Officer at DealCircle and OWNLY. As CPO he went deep into working with AI and aligned his organization around it: by 2025, more than 3.6 million automated runs per year in regular operation, plus an AI Ambassadors Program that carried AI competence across department boundaries into the entire company.
This work went so well and was so much fun that it turned into a decision: only this, from now on. Building, researching, and experimenting every day, and passing on what he learns to teams. That's why he started Beyond7 in 2025, a GmbH since 2026.
Today Hendrik is one of Germany's first Claude Code trainers. Since 2025 he has trained teams on Claude Code, including at Haspa Next, Otto, OCC, and TU Darmstadt.
What he shows in workshops is created in his own daily work first: this company runs on the same tools we build for our clients, from proposal writing to bookkeeping.
On LinkedIn he is followed by coders, nerds, and other AI consultants. When new features and concepts come out, he often goes deep to figure out how something works and what makes it special.

Why "Beyond7"?
Human working memory holds roughly seven things at once, plus or minus two. In psychology, this limit is known as Miller's Law.
Beyond it lies the work that stays undone in everyday life: the research there is never time for, the analysis across twenty sources, the documentation nobody keeps up to date. Beyond7 means: working with agents exactly where working memory ends.
How we work
Practice before theory
We recommend nothing we don't use ourselves in daily work. That limits our range of topics and makes the recommendations within it dependable.
Helping you help yourselves
We don't set things up and disappear. These tools change too fast for a one-time installation from the outside. The goal is a team that keeps developing its environment on its own.
Limits are part of the recommendation
Where evidence is thin, we say so. Where a problem is unsolved, we don't claim otherwise. That sometimes costs elegance in a meeting and saves months in a project.

Who is behind Beyond7?

The name comes from Miller's Law: human working memory holds about seven things at once (7±2). Beyond7 stands for the work beyond that limit, which agents take over.

Since August 2025. Since 2025 we have been training teams on Claude Code, including at Haspa Next, Otto, OCC, and TU Darmstadt.
Is Beyond7 locked into Claude?
We recommend the Claude suite because it is currently the most advanced when it comes to permissions, roles, and org-wide settings. We build the setup to be transferable: structure, context files, and skills also work with other tools.
Where does Beyond7 work?
We are based in Hamburg. We come to you on-site and work remotely, depending on the format. Across the German-speaking region and beyond, in German and English.
