Beyond7, based in Hamburg, delivers Claude Code training for companies across the DACH region, primarily for knowledge workers in product management, marketing and operations. Claude Code works on your own machine, with your files and your tools. That is why it produces analysed data, finished reports and running workflows. The trainer is Hendrik Hemken, one of the first Claude Code trainers in Germany, delivering since 2025 at Haspa Next, Otto, OCC and TU Darmstadt.
Why Claude Code for knowledge workers?
Most AI training for knowledge workers stops at the chat window with a few connectors attached. That is a good start and it covers questions and writing.
Claude Code can do more, and the reason is simple: it works on your own machine. It reads and writes real files, runs programmes, checks the result and corrects itself across many steps. A question turns into a piece of finished work: the analysed spreadsheet, the built report, the working page. This access to your own machine is the leverage that makes Claude Code work so well, and it is why we recommend it to teams who want to get things done.
Part of that is vibe coding: a small landing page or an analysis script is half an hour of work today, without being an engineer. The larger part is ordinary knowledge work that used to hit tool limits, because the data sat in several files, the workflow had multiple steps, or the result was supposed to be a document rather than a chat transcript.
That is exactly what we train: making Claude Code accessible to people who do not want to build software, but to get their work done.

Which formats does the training come in?
Full day, in-house or remote
One day with your group, hands-on with your own tasks. The usual entry point, and for many teams it is enough to carry on independently. Remote now works just as well as on site.

Who delivers it, and with what experience?
Hendrik Hemken is the founder of Beyond7 and one of the first Claude Code trainers in Germany. He has been training teams on Claude Code since 2025 and uses it daily as his main tool: proposals, research, analyses and this website are all produced in the same environment we train on. Before that he spent 12 years in fintech, six of them as CPO at DealCircle and OWNLY, where he built AI workflows running more than 3.6 million automated executions per year as of 2025. Frequently asked questions about Claude Code training
Isn't Claude Code a tool for developers?
Claude Code comes from software engineering, but the real leverage lies elsewhere: it works directly on your own machine, with your own files, folders and tools. That makes it just as useful for knowledge workers in product management, marketing and operations. Most participants in our Claude Code training write no code at all. They analyse data, build reports, create pages and automate workflows that previously hit the limits of their tools.
What does a Claude Code training for companies cost?
The price depends on format, group size and how much runs remotely. A full day for one group is a four-figure engagement, a multi-part session series accordingly higher. We name the specific number in the intro call, once it is clear what you need. Thirty minutes are enough for that.
Do participants need prior knowledge or programming experience?
No. Anyone who works with a computer and knows where their own files live can take part. We start where the group is and work on real tasks from the participants' day-to-day work from the very beginning, rather than on sample projects.
How is Claude Code different from Claude in chat with connectors?
A chat window with connectors answers questions and produces text. Claude Code works on the machine: it reads and writes files, runs programmes, checks the results and corrects itself across many steps. That is why it produces finished work, such as an analysed spreadsheet, a built report or a working landing page, instead of an answer that still has to be implemented by hand.
Does the training run remotely or on site?
Both, and we have done both many times. Remote now works just as well, including as a full day: participants are sitting at their own machine anyway, which is where the work happens later. On site has a slight edge on the first day, because questions get answered right at the screen.
How many participants fit into one Claude Code training?
Up to 20 people, and we have run groups of that size several times. The setup changes with the size: in smaller groups we support each person more closely on their own task, in larger ones we work more with shared cases and as train-the-trainer, where we equip your internal ambassadors.
What about data protection, IT and works councils?
Claude Code works on the participants' machines, so permissions and governance are part of every training: which rights an agent gets, how sandboxing and auto mode work, which settings are applied organisation-wide.
