The Beyond7 Adoption Program makes AI adoption in your company plannable, in four packages: workshop, admin setup with permissions and security, hackathon with your use cases, shared skills and infrastructure. We know the path because we have been walking it with companies like Haspa Next, Otto and TU Darmstadt since 2025. One fixed price for the entire program, and afterwards we stay with you where things go deep.
We have guided AI adoption in many companies, been through many rounds and seen many variants. What works best is the sequence of these four themes: enable people, set up the environment securely, build real use cases, spread what was learned across the organization.
That is exactly why we can offer them as a program: four packages in a fixed order, one price, one clear outcome. Between the packages we advise you on everything that comes up, from license questions to alignment with data protection.
The program is designed as train-the-trainer. The workshop and the hackathon are aimed at your ambassadors: the people who carry agentic work forward internally and enable the others. That way the program works in a 50-person company just as well as in a large corporation. We know this pattern first hand: our founder built an AI ambassadors program as CPO at DealCircle that brought AI literacy into the entire organization.

After the four packages, you work. And the deeper your teams get into their use cases, the more specific the questions become: the use cases get more exciting, deeper, more extensive.
This is exactly where our particular strength lies. RAG, knowledge graph, agentic search or file system? MCP server or CLI tool? Rules or nested context files? Answers like these are not found in any standard FAQ. They take experience from many projects and someone who does continuous R&D on the tools. We bring both.
How much support you need afterwards depends on your team. If you have people who carry a lot themselves, a thin line for the occasional question is enough. If we are building your people up along the way, we support hands-on with the use cases. Our goal stays the same: we empower you to handle as much as possible yourselves.

The program runs at a fixed price covering all four packages. How high it is depends on group size, remote share and scope; we name the number in the intro call.

Scope
Six shared program days, spread across the four packages. Plus office hours between the packages: firmly scheduled hours in which you ask specific questions about content and your setup.
Duration
Six to ten weeks, aligned with your calendars. Between the packages there is deliberate time to experiment.
Remote or on-site
Both work. Our recommendation: workshop and hackathon on-site, the setup packages remote.
Participants
Your ambassadors: the people who carry agentic work forward internally, developers and non-developers alike. In package 02, IT administration and, on request, data protection join.
Custom scope
Individual packages or a custom mix are possible at any time. Many clients start from their own situation, and that is exactly what we adapt the program to.

Yes, that is exactly what the train-the-trainer approach is for. The program trains your ambassadors, and they carry agentic work into the wider organization: with their own internal sessions, with the use cases from the hackathon, and with the structure from package 04. If you want to speed up the rollout, we add workshop days for further groups. We discuss both in the intro call.
Yes, absolutely. The four packages also work individually, and we can put together a custom mix from them. Many clients bring their own starting point, such as a setup that already exists or the wish to start with the hackathon. In the intro call we find the scope that fits you, with its own fixed price.
No. Most participants in our workshops come from product management, marketing and operations. For packages 02 and 04, one person from IT who maintains the structure afterwards is helpful.
Yes, especially well. Distributing licenses is the easy part. The program makes sure they turn into a configured environment and real work results.
Package 02 is built for exactly this: we bring IT administration and, on request, data protection to one table, review the settings and do the configuration directly in your system. We provide the basis for your internal assessment, including our AI transparency page as an example and the evidence in the Anthropic Trust Center.
You work, and the questions change: they become more specific, the use cases become more exciting and more extensive. For this phase we are available with hands-on experience from many projects, at a level that fits your team. Our goal remains to empower you: you handle as much as possible yourselves.
