3. Vercel Web Analytics (Cookieless)
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly web analytics service provided by our hosting provider Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA).
Vercel Web Analytics works without cookies and without storing or accessing any information on your device. No personal data is retained: your IP address is not stored, and no persistent identifier is created. To count unique visitors, a hash is generated from the incoming request that is valid only for the current day and is then automatically discarded. Visitors cannot be recognized or tracked across days or across websites.
Only aggregated, anonymous data is collected: pages visited, referrer URL, country, browser type, operating system, and device type.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in reach measurement and improvement of our website). Since no cookies are used and no information is stored on your device, no consent under Sec. 25 of the German TDDDG is required.

If you consent, the following data is collected:
- Anonymized IP address
- Pages visited and time spent
- Technical information (browser, device, screen resolution)
- Approximate geographic location (city level)
Data is typically transferred to a Google server in the USA. An adequacy decision exists for the USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Withdrawal of consent: You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting cookies in your browser. The cookie banner will appear again on your next visit.

5. Google Fonts
This website uses Google Fonts for consistent font display. When you access a page, your browser loads the required fonts directly from Google servers.
Your IP address is transmitted to Google for this purpose. This is necessary to deliver the fonts to your browser.
Usage is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in consistent and appealing website presentation).

We deliver our consulting, training, and development services with the support of AI systems. Our primary tool is Claude by Anthropic, used through a commercial plan (Claude for Work). The contracting entity for customers in the EEA is Anthropic Ireland, Limited, Dublin, Ireland.
In the course of these services, personal data of clients, business partners, and their contact persons may be processed (e.g. contact details, project content, correspondence). The following applies:
- No training: Anthropic does not train its models on content from commercial plans (neither inputs nor outputs, per the Anthropic Commercial Terms of Service).
- Data processing: Anthropic processes the data as a processor on the basis of a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) including EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Third-country transfer: Processing takes place in the United States. The transfer is secured through EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
- Retention: Stored conversations can be deleted at any time; Anthropic removes deleted content from backend systems within 30 days.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient service delivery). Where we process personal data on behalf of our clients, we sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR and list Anthropic in it as a subprocessor.
